great location, the rooms are small but than I only sleep there, so I don't need more. I like the idea/concept of the hotel, something different.

The hotel had a nice vintage aesthetic (eminiscent of a old train) without the musty feeling. The staff was very kind and the location was also great, right near the heart of Munich. There were two stations near by (Karlsplatz & Sendlinger Tor) so it was easy to travel within and outside of Munich. I personally preferred using Sendlinger Tor station, as the area was still somewhat bright even after sundown. It can get a bit noisy outside, but closing the windows helped with 90% of the noise so it wasn't a problem. The room was a bit more spacious than anticipated, which was a nice surprise considering we booked an economy twin room. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it wasn't super tight for two Asian girls to use.
The only real "con" was the shower booth. Even after closing the shower booth door tightly, the water always found a way to seep to the floor. Nevertheless, it personally wasn't a super annoying factor and we found ways to make-do.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and I'm willing to stay again if I'm in the area.
