About this house rental
Built with Palm trees and salty breezes in mind. Think "Margaritaville". Cool/Lazy kick-back comfort. 3 Bdrm 2 bath Home is newly constructed with low-maintenance materials including granite, tile floors throughout etc. for a carefree, "No worries" kind of time. Colors are a coastal blue on exterior and light and bright on the inside appropriately decorated to feature coastal vibes. Location is in a Lake Community and with your reservation, you are provided access to the gated, private "Smith Lake" picnic and boat ramp. Smith Lake is a small, clean, spring-fed Lake where you can swim, fish and play. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful where evening strolls are welcomed. You are centrally located approximately 8 miles to the Villages, and within a short drive to some of Florida's main attractions including all of the famous Springs, Disney, St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach - The list goes on.

We visited from Colorado for a month (mid Dec-mid Jan). On our day of arrival, we received a message from the host advising where to find the key and inviting us to check in earlier in the day than planned. Once we got there the house was as described in the listing. There was information provided (wi-fi, trash etc.) and the host provided a cell phone # so we could text if needed. The host responded promptly to our texts. The house had everything needed to cook/clean/laundry and was a very comfortable place to stay. It felt cozy and "like home" The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. The area was a good location for seeing sites around central FL (highly recommend Santos trail for biking/walking) It was a nice surprise to see a small Christmas tree in the front window:-) The host even gave us a Christmas present. I would highly recommend this

The Key West is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the well-thought-out theme and lovely decor. The accommodations and amenities were perfect. The owners are such nice people—best property managers we have ever dealt with, bar none. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. It is scenic and just a short walk to a gorgeous lake. Our neighbors could not have been more welcoming. They offered tips on things to see and do as well as valuable tips on places to shop and dine. They gave true meaning to the expression “Southern hospitality.” We will always remember our stay at The Key West with fond memories. We recommend a stay here very highly!!!
