Superbe emplacement et agréable séjour

L’emplacement dans les ruelles typique de Portoroz et à distance à pieds de Piran. Accès à de superbes marches sur la côte. La terrasse avec vue splendide Spacieux Calme Au mois d’octobre peu de monde et climat idéal Très bon rapport qualité prix

Peu de vaisselle et d’équipement, logement qui nécessite un nettoyage approfondi. Attention le dimanche tous les magasins sont fermés, prévoir les courses (le Lidl est bien fourni avec produits de bonne qualité et à prix raisonnables)

Csodálatos szállás kilátással, remek elhelyezkedéssel, nyugodt környéken.

Elhelyezkedés kiváló, Piran és Portoroz strandja is egyenlő távra van gyalogosan (nagy emelkedők). A ház csendes, nyugodt helyen van, nagyon jól lehet pihenni. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, tágasak, a szobákat tökéletesen be lehet sötétíteni, jól szellőztethetők, klíma is jól működött. Konyha jól felszerelt, mosogatógéppel, nagy hűtővel, kerámia főzőlappal, sütővel, páraelszívóval. A teraszról és a szobákból csodás kilátás nyílik a tengerre. A ház környezete egy oázis, rengeteg növénnyel, igényesen karbantartott kertben. A házigazda nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Szívesen visszatérnénk.

Ogród, zielono, kwiaty, i owoce, po zejściu od razu plaża. Spacerem 30 min do centrum Piranu. Jest pralka. Mili właściciele.

Zapach w apartamencie, ogromna liczba komarów, dzieci całe pogryzione, ciężkie otwieranie lodówki, brak mikrofali. Brak widoku (wyłącznie z innych apartamentów).

Non perdetevi il tramonto a Pirano!!!

Casa comoda per una famiglia. Con pochi passi si arriva al mare. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la lavatrice ma sono stati tutti molto disponibili x risolverlo. Il Divano letto per i ragazzi in realtà erano due letti separati, quindi molto comodi e più spaziosi.

Molte zanzare in giardino... abbiamo rinunciato a far colazione e cena fuori

Il faut sans doute remettre un petit coup de modernité dans l ensemble ( draps, serviettes) et surtout compléter la cuisine qui manque de beaucoup de choses pour cuisiner.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Das Appartment ist relativ einfach gehalten, hat aber alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist gut. Unser Highlight war die große Terasse.

Prawdziwy raj, oaza zieleni i odpoczynku z oszałamiającym widokiem z tarasu

Obiekt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Zaluję że nie zostaliśmy dłużej. Komfort, widoki - bezcenne! Willa wprost tonie w zieleni. Codzienna kawa i wino na tarasie zostana w mojej pamięci na długo. Były nawet leżaki do opalania. Na nasze życzenie gospodyni natychmiast doniosła brakujące kieliszki do wina. Można się było poczuć jak w domu. Droga nad morze niezwykle malownicza. Polecam z całego serca!!

Top Lage mit sehr schönem Blick auf das Meer! Geräumige Wohnung, gute Zimmeraufteilung. Privater Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe. Hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Im Zweibettzimmer (je ein Einzelbett) würden die Wände (seitlich der Betten) einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Im Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist die Matratze nicht gut. Im Badezimmer mit der Dusche fehlt ein Teil der Duschkabine, der nur mit einem Duschvorhang ersetzt wurde.

overall it was ok, but the feeling of not staying in a clean palce was overpowering the good.

The location was pretty good and we had a parking spot. There was a nice big terrace but quite in the open with other guest, who also had kids so it was not very quiet or private.

The house was not very clean. The bathroom and the carpet in the living room needed some serious cleaning. And there was only a hand soap but no shower gel or anything else provided.

Nebyla to dobrá volba

Apartmán byl s kuchyní pro přípravu jídel, překapávačem na kávu, rychlovarnou konvicí, troubou, opékačem topinek, myčkou. Dostatek talířů, hrnků i sklenic. Jídelní stůl, TV, velká lednice s marazícím boxem. Funkční pračka. Dvě koupelny- jedna se sprchovým koutem, druhá velmi prostorná s velkou vanou a velkým umyvadlem. Velké skříně a komody na uložení oblečení. Tři průchozí pokoje, velká terasa s posezením a nádherným výhledem na moře.

Úklid nebyl proveden před předáním dobře. Konvice, deska kuchyňské linky, nože, nádobí byly špinavé. Opékač topinek byl tak špatný, že jsem na něj nechtěla šáhnout. Ale paní majitelka po upozornění ihned vyměnila. Trouba i plech zanesené, že jsme je raději nepoužili. Ve sprchovém koutě je v přední části pouze závěs, takže je vždy voda v koupelně. Ale není čím ji vytřít. Málo toaletního papíru (5 roliček na 6 dnů pro 7 lidí), žádné náhradní odpadkové pytle. Sedmá postel pouze MATRACE HOZENÁ NA ZEMI ! nad ní trčely ze zdi trubky...Šílené !! Prádlo poněkud zaprané, pro 7 lidí 9 ručníků a osušek dohromady. Naštěstí jsme měli své, abychom si neutírali zadek a pusu do stejné osušky. Večer po zdech lezla různá havěť.

The two-bedroom apartment is beautiful, it looks new and it is clean. The furniture is also new, the beds are excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher and even a washing machine, which is great help for a family. We loved the terrace with a spectacular view. The landlady and even the neighbour are very friendly and helpful. Bernardin Beach is just 5 minutes away on foot.

There is no microwave oven, but we could use the electric oven, so it is not a big problem. In this part of Portoroz, there are a lot of mosquitos, you need something against them.

The location was good and the deck area with BBQ. Also good having washing machine.

I felt mislead as the photos for the venue were a combination of multiple units within the house. Hence we didn’t get the view I had expected and the apartment was smaller. I think they should separate the photos and number the units so you know what your getting.

Could be a great appartment with a bit of TLC.

The host was very nice and friendly. The view was spectacular. There is a big bathtub in the main bathroom which is very nice. There were some basic spices and supplies in the cubboards.

Overall cleanliness of the apartment could be better, the beds are old and uncomfortable and the linen could be replaced. Some basic maintenance on the doors and kitchen cabinets can be done. The wifi is terribly slow and basic stuff like sending images takes minutes.

The only minus for this appartment is wi-fi everything else is increadible for such money.

The property is increadible in case of value for money. In the apartment there are 4 rooms with 6 separate beds in total. The tarace have great view and ash trays.

There were few spider webs (but it isn't a problem). The wi-fi is not suitable for online meetings and online videos, only emails exchange.

Very nice terrace with a sea view! Rooms are spacious and plenty of plates/glasses/kitchenware in the kitchen. Very nice and friendly host! Garden with orange trees!

Strong cigarette smell. We figured that people living downstairs were smoking in the apartment and all the smell went upstairs. Opening the windows helped, but our clothes smelled even after we came back home.
