Calm and pleasant accommodation

Very calm and pleasant accommodation, close to both the city and the beach. Quiet, relaxing surroundings with a beautiful view, and the apartment has its own outdoor seating area in the garden. Close to nature — we saw cats, dogs, roosters, and even a deer and a turtle. There are two ways to get to the city from the property; on the way back we always walked along the seaside promenade, which is wonderfully atmospheric in the evening. We had a truly relaxing stay.

I really missed having a full-length mirror.

Stunning garden with beautiful view to the sea. Lot of toys and possibilities for small kids. Terrace was amazing. Apartment is located 10 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from city center.

Superb

Nice, comfortable place to spend leasure time on the Sloveanian Istria. Apartment was fully equiped (kitchen, and most important - air conditioning), new and clean (athough small). Terrace with the view was great and town Piran and a beach were in the short walking tistance. Parking place in a shadow was also a plus.

One thing, the apartment was quite small and lack place to store luggage (but overall it was not a big problem)

I would recommend this property but only for the bigger apartment.

The property is really beautiful and in a quiet place. The beach is only about a 5 minute walk from there and the owner is really nice and showed us the way to the beach.

We only got a small studio for this amount of money. We didn‘t know we would get this small studio because there are no pictures of this studio.

Location is nice. You can walk to the beach or Piran center.

Refrigerator was noisy, we had to turn it off at night. Lots of mosquitos, some net in the window would be helpful.

The location is excellent, the view from the apartment as well. The rooms were clean overall and there was a nice parking space.

The kitchen could be more convenient (e.g. clean kettle or wine glasses).

Wonderful view and apartment

The apartment was very clean, a lot of useful equipment was there (for cooking, soap, dishwasher,....). The surrounding was very nice with wonderful footpaths to Piran and the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot

Kellemes, nyugodt szállás a domboldalban, nem messze a tengerparttól és a várostól.

A tengerpartra vagy városba kb 20 perc az út gyalog, nem hosszú, inkább fárasztó (meredek emelkedő, lépcsők), mert nagy a szintkülönbség. De cserébe nyugodt, békés domboldalon vannak az apartmanok szép kilátással. Elég nagy telek, több kiülési lehetőség, napozóágy, hinta. El lehet sétálgatni, még állatok is vannak (tyúkok, nyúl, kacsa). Mint egy kis falusi környezet, de mégis a tengerparton. Akár több kisebb családnak, baráti társaságnak is alkalmas, mert követlenül egymás mellett találhatóak a képen látható apartmanok. Parkolási lehetőség ingyenes. Az üzenetekre időben válaszolt a szállásadó. Az érkezéskor egy idősebb néni várt minket, kedves volt.

A szobában a légkondicionáló nagyon koszos volt, inkább nem is használtuk. Az ágyak inkább a puha fajták, mi jobban szeretjük a keményebbet, de ez személyes. Az érkezéskor egy idősebb néni várt minket, aki nem beszélt angolul sajnos (noha angolul kommunikáltam a szállással a weben), de megértettük egymást, ami szükséges volt.

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló: közel van a strand, boltok , éttermek könnyen elérhetők gyalogosan.

Az apartman tiszta, világos és tágas , minden adott volt a kényelmes pihenéshez. Szép kilátás nyílik a környezetre a teraszról, kedvenc helyünk lett. A házigazda barátságos, segítőkész volt.

Zelo lepo.

Zelo lep apartma. Zelo čisto in urejeno. Zelo mirno. Priporočam vsem, ki iščejo mirno lokacijo za počitnice, ki imajo radi veliko zelenja okoli sebe in vsem, ki jim ni odveč nekaj minut sprehoda do plaže.

Sreča z vremenom je poskrbela za zelo prijeten (kratek) dopust.

Apartma je bil zelo čist in urejen. Vse je delovalo kot mora, nobenih težav ali zapletov. Lastnica tudi pripravljena pomagati v primeru težav. Apartmaje poznam, saj sem bil že večkrat tam (sicer vedno v drugem) in seveda tudi tokrat zelo zadovoljen s storitvijo. Vsekakor priporočam.

Ob predaji ključev sva bila seznanjena, da ne smeva imeti obiskov, česar nisem opazil pri rezervaciji. To me je malo zmotilo. Sicer ponavadi res nimava obiskov, ampak sedaj smo dopust preživljali skupaj z nečakom, ki je bil nastanjen v drugih apartmajih in je bilo nekoliko nerodno. Smo pa nekako uredili in se družili na obali. Še malo me je zmotilo to, da je bilo oteženo parkiranje pri apartmaju zaradi del na cesti. Sicer so delavci bili zelo prijazni in se je na koncu vse izteklo kot se šika. Do konca bivanja pa so tudi že skoraj zaključili z deli, tako da naprej nebo (večjih) težav.

Sehr praktische Unterkunft, Lahe ok, Luxus eher (-)

Die Lage ist gut, es geht ca 15 Minuten bergab in die Stadt bzw. an den Strand. Wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit separatem Schlafzimmer und Gartenblick. Diese hatte eine Achsen Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten mit Teich. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben auch gegrillt, das war absolut top.

Die Einrichtung ist dem günstigen Segment zuzuordnen. Richtig wohnlich ist es nicht.
