Well located, value for price.

Appartment is very well located for easy access to Portoroz and offers a free parking in front of the house. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The owner was very kind.

For what we needed the appartment was fine. I do think that with minimum investment this place could look so much better and beautiful. There is just a huge amount of beds, all the linnen is of random colors, things just look thrown in. Which is a pity, because with a view like that it could really be a prime appartment.

Do not book.

Nothing.

Do not book! No investment for about 30 years. Everthing worn out. Construction site around the house. Door in our room to balkony could not be opened. Kitchen shabby. . We left the appartment, lowest standard I have seen the last 20 years. If you book only with storno option, ypu will need it. To far away from the beach, complicated to go there. Positive ratings are not serious, I do not understand that this is offered on booking.com.

We got what we expected, it was a very good choice for the price/value ratio.

The view from the terrace is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The layout of the rooms is very good, the air conditioning works well. Parking at the house is convenient. The shop and the beach are easily accessible. Nice and friendly hosts. There is nothing to see in the settlement, but Piran, Izola, Koper or such natural beauty as MOON-BAY can be reached easily (even by bicycle).

The furnishing of the rooms could be more practical and usable in terms of wardrobes. The windows of the rooms face a busy road - those who are sensitive to road noise should take this into account.

I would recomend the property for families.

The view from the terrace is superb. The location is above quite trafic road. We had from kitchen terasse exit to a nice garden with olive trees and ripe tangerines. Rooms and beds are comfy and kitchen is well equiped.

A mai modern memoria habos matracok rettentően puhák. Ezen a szálláson is ilyen puha matrac van. Az ágyon fordulni lehetetlenség.

U objektu je sve puno vlage, ne radi grijanje, strgan termostat. Domaćin ulazi u objekt i premjesta stvari dok nema gostiju.

3 szobás apartman az egyik szoba a nappali de hálószobává alakítva ami nem zavaró mert van egy nagy étkező, konyha. 2 nagy terasz ahonnan valóban szép a kilátás. Kedves házigazda, szép környezet. Egy dombon van az apartman lépcsőkön/lejtőn keresztül lehet lemenni a tengerhez.

Az apartman valóban egy forgalmas út mellett helyezkedik el így behallatszik az út forgalma ami zavaró lehet annak aki ehhez nincs hozzászokva. Az ablakok régiek így hangszigetelés sem túl jó. Októberben csak klimával lehetett fűteni. nálunk még nem volt gond mert nem volt annyira hideg de télen ez zavaró lehet.

Szuper lokáció, tágas terek, 2 nagy terasz is volt, ahonnan lehetett élvezni a panorámát. Jól felszerelt apartman, mosógéppel, mosogatógéppel, légkondival. Saját parkoló is volt, aranyos házigazdák.

A szobák ablakai nem hangszigeteltek, hiába volt zárva, mindan zaj behallatszott kintről. Az ágyak elég nyikorgósak voltak.

Katja néni és férje nagyon kedvesek voltak, kitűnő házigazdák. A teraszról a tengerre nyílt a kilátás, az öbölre. Minden nagyon tetszett. Az ingyenes parkolóhely elegendő volt két autó számára. Nem számítottak felárat a kis termetű házikedvencért. Nagyon köszönjük, kedves Katja. ❤️

Wahnsinns Aussicht!

Unglaublich liebe Vermieter, Katja und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist riesig! Der Ausblick ein Wahnsinn. Parkplatz um die Ecke, Straße hoch, dann Stufen zur Wohnung runter, perfekt. Ans Meer ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, wir kommen garantiert wieder! Thank you Katja!
