Court Residence Tokyo Nakano

The room was spacious, bright, clean and had everything you need to cook etc. The station is about 10 mins by foot, and there are many shops and convenience stores along the way.

The check-in process was the worst. It was unnecessarily long and complicated. The front desk is not always staffed, and if it is, it seems like they can't really help. We stayed here twice during our trip. The first time, we couldn't check-in with the QR code because not all guests were in the system - our mistake. The second time, I was careful to put in everything for everyone (yes, you have to put in extensive data for every single guest), and the QR code still didn't work because it deleted the passport photos I had uploaded... Also, everyone has to be present during check-in because the system wants seperate pictures of everyone's faces. The other thing we noticed the second time was that the door codes were all the same as the previous week... Security issue?!?

Elevator was great Rooms were quiet Lots of space Bath and shower were great

Walls were a little dirty Bathroom has a raised step in 502 which was easy to trip on

Location is amazing. Easy self check in and good communication.

The room and bathroom could have been a little bit better cleaned. Some spots on the wall and that just. Toilet could be better, for example a Japanese toilet with more functions.

Location is convenient, 5min walk from Nakano station.

It was not so clean. Inside of the washer machine, there was a lot of hair and I needed to clean before using. Wallpaper in the bathroom looks old over the years. The bathroom tub plug is a wrong size, and you cannot pour water in the tub.
