Amazing location, super close to the station but in a quieter part of Nakano, right on an incredible little Ankyo street that winds into Koenji. Just perfect.
The apartment is pretty bare and simple. It’s a good spot if you just need a place to sleep, but it wasn’t that nice to spend time in. There was also no cleaning and we were not allowed to take garbage out ourselves, so after a week it started to get a bit smelly.

Location is convenient, 5min walk from Nakano station.
It was not so clean. Inside of the washer machine, there was a lot of hair and I needed to clean before using. Wallpaper in the bathroom looks old over the years. The bathroom tub plug is a wrong size, and you cannot pour water in the tub.
