Greer Mill house completely renovated and full of charm. Open living space including kitchen, dining area & sitting room. Separate den with large sectional, and workspace. Three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate six guests (king, queen, daybed with pull-out twin trundle). Laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a private half bath. Fenced in backyard and off street driveway. Dog friendly with fee.

Overall the space was fine for our purpose. The biggest minus was that unfortunately it was not as clean as I would have expected. The sinks and beds were clean but then the floor had balls of hair/dust in most of the corners. The host was very responsive when I message her about this.

We stayed here for a softball tournament at Tyger River. My elderly father traveled with us and this was much better suited for him than a hotel. The house is beautiful. The location was great and the neighborhood is quiet. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

We loved having this house to stay in instead of 3 different hotel rooms so my family could visit better since we live in different states while we were down for my nephew's wedding. Clean house, quiet neighborhood.
