Welcome to Home Sweet Greer! This charmingly restored 1600 square foot ranch style home is just a 5 minute drive to Downtown Greer, its shops, restaurants and the Greer City Park. 5 minutes the other way gets you to GSP International Airport, I-85, the BMW corridor & Greer Memorial Hospital. The house features 3 BRs (to sleep 6), 2 full baths & a cozy front porch. It is dog friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. There is a separate dining room that includes a dedicated work space.
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The newly restored master bedroom at the end of the hall features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and staples for cooking. There is also a washer and dryer in the carport/patio area. There is a front porch with two rocking chairs overlooking a nice front yard on a quiet street & its own fenced-in back yard.
The home is in the Pleasant Grove area of Greer, which is about halfway between Downtown Greer, GSP International Airport, and Greer Memorial Hospital. A five minute drive either way gets you there. You are also less than 15 miles to downtown Greenville and a half hour drive to Spartanburg. You'll have your own driveway with ample parking.
There are refinished hardwood floors throughout and the large fenced back yard is super dog-friendly. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit to be collected separately from booking.

When my son moved from Taylors to Greer I went in search of a new pet friendly VRBO rental in Greer for my annual two-week visit. I was thrilled to find this property. The yard is huge. The fencing is in excellent condition and secure.
The house is clean and very nice. Love the layout. Communication was excellent with the managers (Josie & Rob) both before and during our stay. Spectrum was still down due to Hurricane Helene. However they went above and beyond by acquiring a second internet service through another carrier so that we had internet access during the entire visit.
I look forward to renting this property again next year.

We loved our stay! Neighborhood was very quiet and we were close to shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have cooked meals and not eat out all the time. We will visit again.
