Nestled in Greenville's Eastside, Taylor's Grove East offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience. Park in the paved driveway and step into a cozy living space. Kick back on the couch and tune into your preferred streaming service on the TV (no cable provided), all while connected with high-speed WiFi, or grab a book and nestle into one of two cozy arm chairs.
The kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A dining area offers seating for four, complemented by two more at the kitchen island. For convenience, the home also features a half bathroom downstairs.
Slide open the backdoor to a compact patio, a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a quiet chat.
The upstairs hosts three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary boasts a King bed, TV (no cable), and an attached bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed, and the third room has a full bed and also offers a workspace for those needing to catch up on tasks. A hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination ensures everyone has space to refresh.

Guests have access to our entire home with the exception of a locked cleaning closet.
We're just a message away if needed, but otherwise tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with wifi router, security camera, or smart lock.

We rented this beautiful 3br home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It was so close to our venue and it was very clean! We had everything we needed and we were able to take our small dog and let her play in the fenced in backyard. Renee was so easy to communicate with and although we most likely will not have a need to stay in Taylors again, we certainly would book this home again!

Very clean home, had everything we needed for a quick stay. Fenced back yard made it convenient for the pups. Great communication. Zero issues. Neighborhood was quiet.
