We had a great stay in Taylors. The home was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location with easy access to downtown Greenville, making it perfect for a weekend getaway with my wife and another couple. When we checked in, we discovered the A/C wasn’t working. While that’s never ideal, especially in late June in South Carolina, Nate handled the situation exceptionally well. He responded to our message almost immediately, was genuinely apologetic, and had an HVAC technician at the house that same evening. The technician replaced the necessary part and everything was back up and running. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the home and Nate as a host.
