The Modern Treetop Terrace Retreat is one of a kind in Greer. Where else can you be less than a mile from all the shops and restaurants of a charming little city and still feel immersed in the serenity of nature? (Quick answer: only at this special home!)
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and French door access to the dreamy, string-lit terrace.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds and share a hall bath with a double vanity and a separate shower and toilet room—allowing everyone space to get ready!
There’s also another French door access to the terrace from Bedroom 2, which includes a child lock (for those moments when you’d rather not have little ones stargazing at 3 a.m.).
Bedroom 2 also has a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk, filing rack, and a closable door— allowing you to put your nose to the grindstone before heading out to explore the Upstate.
Every room is themed to perfection, pulling inspiration from Greer itself, in this mid-century industrial daydream.

Simon was a fantastic host from the beginning of our booking all the way thru our checkout date.The house was even better than the pictures, the rooms were all decorated with local flair the kitchen fully stocked and the coffee bar was definitely a bonus!We had great recommendations for restaurants located just minutes from our house in quaint downtown Greer. We were also just a short drive from the BMW Training Facility where we attend a 2 day off road motorcycle class. Enjoying coffee on the front porch in the morning or relaxing by the fire pit on the upstairs deck at night you can’t go wrong with this location. The green belt gave us an abundance of birds to watch and everything felt very natural in the surroundings. Thank you again Simon for a great stay!

Every detail has been thoughtfully addressed. Super comfortable, beautiful and modern. Well appointed, peaceful and serene. Attentive, helpful management. We arrived tired from everyday life and left feeling rested and pampered.
