    The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely magnificent and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The cabin was extremely small and felt quite cramped. The cabin door had holes, which compromised privacy and gave the room a poorly maintained appearance. The toilet was located outside the cabin and was shared with the public, making it less convenient and less private. The bedsheets and comforter were worn out, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. With better maintenance, cleaner bedding, and upgraded facilities, this place could offer a much better experience, especially given its stunning location.

    The windows area of our room was full of mold. Not suitable for family with young children as our child like to stand and play beside the window. The location is great though, you can get a very nice view of the Mount Kinabalu and also the golden rays of sunset (but the sunset itself is not visible from here).
