    *Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐5/5* Stayed at *The Pampines Villa* at Mesilau, Kundasang and it was absolutely perfect! We booked a mountain view room and were blown away - we woke up to this view of Mount Kinabalu in the morning. The sunrise turning the peaks gold was magical, and having hot chocolate by the window with the mountain right there made our trip. The location in Kinabalu Park area is peaceful and cool. But what really stood out was the service. *Room service was very good and very fast*. Anytime we needed anything, their response was superb. Staff were friendly and so attentive. Clean room, amazing view, excellent service. This is exactly what a Kinabalu staycation should be. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

    Pampines Villa was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Nestled amidst nature with the majestic Mount Kinabalu right in front of us, every morning felt calm and refreshing. The lush greenery, cool weather, and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Our one bedroom villa was thoughtfully designed with a brilliant layout. The bathroom and toilet were spacious, and despite staying together, my older girls still had their own privacy while getting changed. It made our stay so much more comfortable. What impressed us just as much was the hospitality. The admin staff who attended to us via WhatsApp was incredibly efficient, always responding promptly and with genuine courtesy. It made planning and communicating completely hassle-free. Pls send our thank you to her! The café was another pleasant surprise. The staff were warm, attentive, and always welcoming. The food was delicious, and having our meals while looking out at the breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu made the experience even more special. The laundry service was also a huge plus, especially after our hike. Being able to wash and dry our hiking clothes before heading home was incredibly convenient and something we truly appreciated. For once, I had a holiday without shopping malls or city attractions and I absolutely loved it. It was all about nature, serenity, fresh air, and slowing down. Pampines Villa gave us exactly that. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to returning.

    Enjoy every moment being here. With the beautiful sceneries from the room, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff, I just wished I could stay here for a week. I can't wait to plan another staycation here with my family. Even my 1 year old had a great time here. The landscape around the villas are breathtaking. I managed to take a lot of beautiful photos from every angle of the villas.

    We arrived pampines villa around 3:15pm which is after the check in time posted on agoda. We came to a messy house with rubbish/beer cans on the table, messy bed sheets and refrigerator filled with food ingredients from the previous guests. This was very disappointing as we have spent hours driving up and around Kundasang and waited for the check in time. I have also informed the staff in advanced via WhatsApp on my estimated time of arrival the day before. We had to spent another 2 hours for the team to clean the house and only managed to check in at 5pm. Other than this the environment of the villa was nice and theres a cafe nearby as well. There are many bbq pit for guests to use and each house is equipped with steamboat utensils and induction cooker. Charcoal was not provided guests have to bring if plan to bbq. No water filter or dispenser at the villa. Guests have to cook the pipe water with kettle or buy water from store.
