Nice breakfast, great location by the river, pet friendly.
Booking.com did not tell us about specific amount of the pet fee so we were surprised at check in.

Clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, perfect location.
Yoshi at the reception is so accommodating. He was able to find me a room with a river view when I asked for one.
The hotel is along the Animas river and a walking distance to restaurant, library and church.
