l'appartement , l'emplacement, le mode de d'échange avec le loueur, elsa qui nous a remis les clées très agréable et serviable
alors pas forcement "pas apprécié" mais l'emplacement de parking est très complexe une petite voiture c'est déja pas simple pour si garer alors un gros véhicule c'est fastidieux je pense que des photos de la place de parking dans l'annonce permettrait de mieux ce rendre compte

Had everything you needed including a washing machine. Annecy is a beautiful city and can definitely recommend cycling around the lake.
1) The communication about how to collect keys, where to park, how to find the apartment was poor. 2) The ‘concierge’ was in such a rush he didn’t clearly explain where the apartment was, how to access it or where the parking was. It took many messages and about an hour of messing around to get into the apartment. 3) The car parking space was VERY small 4) Lots of building work going on so lift and reception area dirty. 5) The smoke alarm was missing and was found in a drawer
