The pool was very clean, and the living area upstairs was very nice and comfortable. The location was ideal. A very short drive to Moraira, and ample bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The views are lovely particularly of the sunset behind the mountains. The property is not particularly overlooked and feels very private, I would definitely stay again.
My only criticism is the pipe on the air con external unit has a leak at the pipe on the upstairs balcony. There is a bucket but it has to be emptied regularly or it over flows.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de las calas y con un supermercado al final de la calle. La piscina fantástica y muy bien cuidada. Había de todo en la casa.
El check-in muy tarde y el check-out muy pronto, te quita mucho tiempo de disfrutar de la casa por los días pagados. Nos dieron el código para entrar a la casa a las cuatro de la tarde, pero a las cinco menos cuarto aún estaba allí el personal de limpieza. Dieron una pasada rápida a la casa y muchas cosas se quedaron sucias. Las camas un pelín incómodas, pero dentro de lo que cabe bien.

Great outside area, pool very well maintained, comfy beds, villa throughout was very clean, didn’t bbq but it looked clean. Very quiet area
The onsuite shower was very poor, but we used main downstairs shower which was very good, door to little balcony was hard to open and close, also the air conditioning unit made it very wet if not emptied and intern meant very slippy on marble floor.. could do with big mat by that door. But again a minor blip that didn’t effect our holiday
