The villa is located in the outer part of Moraira, 980 m from the sea and is located next to the urbanization San Jaime, 5 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira. The plot is about 975 square meters. The house is furnished. On the ground floor is the living room (flat screen TV with a large selection of programs in German, English, French, Polish and Italian. There is also an X-Box connection. Upstairs are the bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a very large double bed. 2 bedroom with a large double bed. 3 Bedroom with double bed.
4 bedroom with 2 separate beds, can also be put together. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and the second with shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom with bed (1.40) is located in the daylight part of the souterrain, the flat in the half basement is about 35 m2 and consists of a living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons (1,50 x 2,00) all very well maintained (ceiling height in the half basement is approx. 1,96 m). Outside bathroom with shower and toilet.
Interior of the house:
Spacious and bright room, floor to ceiling windows with safety glass and electric shutters. The whole house is designed with ivory marble floor. The kitchen has a fridge and is fully equipped, there is another big fridge in the outside dining room under the naya. Satellite TV Astra German / English / Dutch / French / French / Polish. throughout the house, and Spanish digital TV, 1 TV in the outdoor area, 1 TV in the main living room, 1 TV lounge / TV room, 1 TV in bedroom 4, DSL cable connection in the house and 3 x wireless reception (WiFi). Alarm, gym with rowing machine from Life fitness Technogym. Air conditioners in all 5 bedrooms, one in the living room, one in the dining room and one in the gym. Central heating throughout the house.
Outside the house:
Swimming pool 8 x 4 m with roman steps, water depth approx. 1.20 to 2.20, about 200 sqm of terrace, approx 45 sqm is covered, where the outdoor kitchen and dining area make a large living room. The covered terrace is approx. 20 sqm and offers a second outdoor dining area. In the back part you can ideally relax, read or sunbathe. There is a darts game with night lights, a tennis table and a table football in the gym.
The terrace and pool area is ideal for sunbathing. Excellent internet connection even outside the house (there are a total of 4 Wi-Fi routers). Outside the house there is a sauna (approx. for 6-8 persons) with shower included.
A portable speaker is available in the house which can be easily connected via bluetooth with your mobile phone to listen to your own music.
This is a non-smoking house. For this reason there are ashtrays on display on the terraces.

We spent a glorious 10 days at the villa.We loved the space, outdoor seating area and there were so many activity options, we were spoiled for choice.We would love to go back for another wonderful holiday.

Very nice house with all the necessary equipments and even more. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ was our favourite! The water pressure was exceptionally good compared to what we are used to in Spain and there was enough hot water for the whole day. Sauna was also nice.
The only thing which annoyed us a bit, was that we did not get toys for the kids to play. They were somewhere behind the locked doors and the host did not answer to our requests about them. We bought our owns and had to throw them away after our stay since the host did not allow us to leave them for the future guests. Because there were plenty of toys already, they said. Not very ecological I think.
Overall we had wonderful holiday and we would warmly recommend this multi-functional villa for different kind of groups.

Really clean and spacious property. 4 adults and 4 children (2 teens) all enjoyed the villa and plenty of space for all. Outside dining and lounge area were great.
Would be good if there was a floor plan available to view prior to booking for anyone else looking to rent the villa as a bit quirky with outdoor bedroom and toilets (2 bathrooms upstairs in the main property).
Only negative was a noisy bed in one of the rooms and had to pay an electric surcharge due to needing the air conditioning on in the evenings to sleep (couldn’t have windows open due to the mosquitoes).
The town was lovely with pretty beaches and lovely restaurants. Would go back.

The villa is with out a doubt the best we have ever rented, made even better by the range of facilities available such as the sauna, the gym room and table tennis. The owners, Nelson and Daniela, could not have been more helpful, they are both really efficient and very friendly.We highly recommend Villa Tres Palmeras.
