Our spacious, bright villa is located in picturesque Moraira on the Costa Blanca – just 980 meters from the sparkling sea and right next to the charming San Jaime urbanization. The lively center of Moraira is only a 5-minute drive away.
Set on a plot of nearly 1,000 m², this lovingly maintained home away from home combines elegant marble floors, exceptional comfort, and pure relaxation.

Your private gym (65 m²): Equipped with high-quality fitness machines (LifeFitness, TechnoGym, Kettler including a rowing machine) and a 65-inch TV for YouTube workout tutorials. A large foam mat area is perfect for workouts or as a safe play area for toddlers.
Fun & Games: Challenge your loved ones to a game of foosball (Cougar Arena table in the sports room), a round of table tennis, or outdoor darts with night lighting. A portable Bluetooth speaker ensures your favorite music travels with you.

Coffee lovers rejoice: three different coffee machines are at your disposal (filter coffee, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto)!
Upper Floor (4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms):
Bedroom 1: Extra-large double bed and TV.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: Each with a large double bed.
Bedroom 4: Two flexible single beds (can be pushed together).
2 immaculate bathrooms: One with a bathtub/WC, the second with a shower/WC.
The bright basement apartment (approx. 35 m²):
Featuring a separate entrance and floor-to-ceiling glass doors for plenty of natural daylight (ceiling height approx. 1.96 m). It has its own bathroom with shower/WC, a cozy living room with TV and sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), and a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m). Perfect for friends or family members who appreciate a bit more privacy!
Note for your comfort: To maintain the fresh and well-kept atmosphere of the house, smoking is not permitted indoors. Ashtrays are provided for you on the terraces.

Had 10 days here with extended family members of various ages and everyone had an amazing time. From the very time of booking Nelson & Daniella have been extremely helpful with information and communication. The facilities were really great, huge pool & garden area, gym, pool table etc. the outdoor kitchen and lounge are with TV was a bonus, we tended more than inside facilities. The area was accessible to local restaurants and shops but would recommend car hire to go further afield as the taxi service was very hit and miss. We definitely return to the Villa, the only negative would be possibly new sun loungers and a bigger toaster for large groups but these are very minor observations.

We spent a glorious 10 days at the villa.We loved the space, outdoor seating area and there were so many activity options, we were spoiled for choice.We would love to go back for another wonderful holiday.

Very nice house with all the necessary equipments and even more. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ was our favourite! The water pressure was exceptionally good compared to what we are used to in Spain and there was enough hot water for the whole day. Sauna was also nice.
The only thing which annoyed us a bit, was that we did not get toys for the kids to play. They were somewhere behind the locked doors and the host did not answer to our requests about them. We bought our owns and had to throw them away after our stay since the host did not allow us to leave them for the future guests. Because there were plenty of toys already, they said. Not very ecological I think.
Overall we had wonderful holiday and we would warmly recommend this multi-functional villa for different kind of groups.

The villa is with out a doubt the best we have ever rented, made even better by the range of facilities available such as the sauna, the gym room and table tennis. The owners, Nelson and Daniela, could not have been more helpful, they are both really efficient and very friendly.We highly recommend Villa Tres Palmeras.
