Comfortable, good space for a couple, with dining table in sitting room, plenty of space in kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage in bedroom, and great to have off road parking outside the property. Clear information and good communication from hosts, and easy to walk into town, station, shops and direct walks onto the hills in different directions. Great as a base for Church Stretton and South Shropshire. Good value for money.

A lovely little place so convenient for church stretton & Ludlow. We only spent one night en passant. Clean, thoughtful touches so it has clearly caring owners. Great shower ! Car parking is top. Thanks.
Not a lot. Yes there is noise from the upstairs rooms but not intrusive.

Very convenient situation, less than 10 minutes walk into Church Stretton centre. Very quiet location. Comfortable seating, plenty of space. A lovely cool haven in the heat wave! Adequately equipped. Bed was reasonably comfortable, though perhaps a bit soft. Excellent shower. All nice and clean. Sarah, our host, was quick to respond to an initial problem with the TV.
Perhaps some of the paintwork especially the skirting boards could have been in better condition. The bottom sheet on the bed wasn’t quite big enough and kept coming untucked. But these are minor faults and didn’t detract from our stay.

Great flat. I loved the kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities.
It wasn't thoroughly clean. The draining board needed a clean, as did the oven. The grill pan had been used but not cleaned. It was difficult to get the shower running at a comfortable temperature. On the second day I found the trick was to run the shower at full speed and then the temperature was fine.
