About this house rental
Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home provides just what a family needs for a fun getaway on the Cape Neddick peninsula. A few minutes walk to both Short Sands Beach (5 min) and Long Sands Beach (10 min) . You will feel right at home with all of the comforts you are looking for between two amazing beaches with endless options for dining and activities!
Comfort and fun were top of mind when creating this space. Each bedroom contains top of the line mattresses and the sleep sofas are premium inflatable air mattresses. We offer a wide array of "extras" for your comfort. i.e beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pails and shovels and a wagon to take all your gear to the beach! For your little ones, we have some of the essentials such as a high chair (straps to kitchen chair), single stroller and a Pack n Play

Our family (5 adults) had a wonderful week-long stay here. The whole house was well-appointed, with everything we needed for the beach during the day and dinners in the evening. The host communicated everything well and the check-in process was seamless. We look forward to staying here again next Summer!

We were in town for a wedding and chose this property since it had the bedroom/bathroom s e we needed. The house is impeccably clean. Flooring and appliances are all updated. The host was very accommodating and available. We loved the large living room because it had plenty of seating so we could stretch out. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing needed (besides sheets and towels) was k-cups and shower soap. Everything else is there!

Great location. We walked to both beaches, the restaurants and shops every day. The home was more than big enough for six adults. It was clean, organized and had enough space for all our stuff. Our favorite gathering space was the large living room looking out onto the deck; with the french doors opened, some were in watching TV while others were out sipping coffee (or cocktails) and yet all part of the same conversation. The kitchen, the laundry room and the garage had everything we needed. The bedrooms were good size but needed privacy curtains to block out street lights and street walkers (ie: there are sheer curtains on the balcony sliding doors); also needed mirrors, waste bins, and wall hooks for drying extra bath towels. My family would definitely visit this home again.
