Beautiful 4 BR, 2 full BA house with new appliances, spacious open floor plan perfect for family/friend getaways! Deck off the kitchen with grill for cookouts and post beach happy hours. Large side yard perfect for yard games. Parking for 4 cars. GREAT location close to everything -- 0.4 mi from Long Sands, 1 mi from Short Sands. Experience all York Beach has to offer while also being in the perfect spot for day trips to Portsmouth, Kennebunkport, Freeport and Portland!

One of our favorite annual traditions is a trip to the Ogunquit Playhouse, and we usually stay in Ogunquit. This year, we decided to stay in York instead and found it to be a wonderful choice! The beaches and restaurants were fantastic, and everyone we met was so friendly. It was a truly delightful experience!

Wonderful stay! Home was impeccably clean, all amenities met our needs, spacious accommodations, within a 5 min walk to beautiful Long Sands Beach!We will definitely book again!

This bright, airy and spacious home provided a great setting for our beach get away. The combination of a quiet neighborhood and short walk to Long Sands beach was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.
