Lagoon Beach House

Прекрасный дом. Вживую даже лучше , чем на фото. Отдельного внимания заслуживает двор. Большой , тенистый, зеленый. Хозяева - очень приятные люди . От дома до пляжа 5 минут на машине, до ближайшего супермаркета -6 минут.

We had the perfect stay in a wonderful house with a wonderful garden and all the facilities. The host greeted us at 10 p.m. with hot pies, fruits, drinks and a very warm welcome. Thank you for everything, Theo, and looking forward to see you back !

The place is a hidden gem - quiet location, beautiful garden, cozy atmosphere. The tall rooms are decorated with very good taste and the location is equipped with all the mod cons The WiFi connection is very good (I had to work on several occasions), but relaxing with a book in the hammock was my favourite for lazy afternoons. We have spent most of our evenings grilling on the large barbecue and eating outside - the special lighting makes you feel like you are in an enchanted garden. Driving to a beautiful, sandy beach takes a couple of minutes, whilst the supermarkets and the local shops of either Nea Moudania or Nea Potidea are just 10 min drive away. Of course, one can also walk around the lagoon to the beach, or go hiking through the nearby olive orchards. Theodora is the nicest host we have ever met in Greece (we have stayed with 7 different hosts so far), so warm and welcoming that we instantly felt like we were part of the family.

Everything was perfect - location, yard, house, weather, sea and cats :) Theodora is a very kind host, she met us with complement (fruits, cake and homemade jam). 5 minutes to beach by car (15-20 minutes walk). Lidl is in 10 minutes by car. Real flamingos are in 5 minutes walk:) Also there were hammock, barbecue place, and other areas for chilling:)

We had too little time here, want more days in this place:)
