About this house rental
Casa Poncha is a typical Madeiran house of 100m2 on 2 floors, recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7). It is ideal for Holidays with families or friends. Its large "caleçade" terrace (volcanic stones) _ ~ 40m2_ serves the whole of the ground floor, as well as a "private" terrace for the red room located upstairs.
The terrace is partly planted with Passion Fruits, we opted for a hard cover at the level of the garden furniture in order to be able to enjoy it as much as possible. The latter offering you a breathtaking view of the ocean. A large garden with deckchairs is also available in front of your rental. This house has a private entrance. As well as a beautiful barbecue area (also private). The parking is common to all of the gites

Zeer verzorgde, originele woning op een zalige plek in Madeira

Wir, fünf Erwachsene, haben vom 22.- 30 Dezember 2018 hier die Weihnachtsfeiertage verbracht und die Urlaubstage von Anfang an genossen.
Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnräume des Ferienhauses sind bedarfsgerecht, zweckmäßig und ansprechend eingerichtet, teilweise sogar mit einer künstlerischen Note gestaltet. Die Wohnung war sauber, Hand- und Bettwäsche waren frisch und bei unserer Ankunft begrüßte uns sogar ein kleiner Weihnachtsbaum mit einer Lichterkette. Überhaupt waren die Vermieter freundlich und halfen z.B. bereitwillig, als uns ein elektrisches Heizgerät fehlte. - Das große Plus der ´Casa Poncha` ist jedoch die Terrasse mit einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer.
Diese Ferienwohnung entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen.

Superbe semaine à la Casa Poncha au Petit Madère sur la Côte Est de l'île. Idéalement situé sur la partie ensoleillée de l'île, ce gîte est très bien équipé (on s'y sent comme à la maison) et possède une vue magnifique sur l'océan : un véritable bonheur de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin magnifiquement entretenu.

Un petit coin de paradis au bord de l'atlantique.
La maison, entièrement refaite à neuf, est confortable, accueillante et fonctionnelle, avec une vue exceptionnelle.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et très disponibles.
Un endroit parfait pour des vacances inoubliables.
