The place is fully equipped with all you can need when traveling (shower gel/shampoo, laundry detergent, cleaning products). The place was also super clean and tidy ! Very easy to park in front. It a nice clean studio for a fully independent stay !
It stays very humid. Laundry does not dry well and the towels end up smelling bad pretty quickly since they don’t dry much. But the host does offer to change them upon request. It is also a bit far off on the island so you do have to drive a bit to reach some hikes.

La ubicación lejos de aglomeraciones, zona con bastantes caminatas y zonas de interés cercanas. La dueña Nellita una persona agradable y muy atenta. Encantados.
Todo bien, echamos de menos una cafetera( no es una desgracia). Por el resto todo bien. Nada en contra.

The AC was golden. Wifi didn't work at first, but the host was responsive and very friendly in solving the issue. The host also left some bananas, a bottle of Madeira wine and some eggs for us for free.
Not much of a dislike, but the accommodation (room 3) didn't have much of a view from the room. However, this was compensated by a sunset view right outside the building. The corridor illumination (aka night light) wasn't working properly (switching on and off constantly), so we had to cover it with something. We addressed this with the host when we checked out and she said to fix it very soon.

adaptation de la gestionnaire qui a pris en compte notre mécontentement vis à vis de l'appartement 8 et qui a trouvé une solution en nous hébergeant dans l'apartement 1 avec une belle vue sur la mere, sans surplus
bien préciser les conditions des studios loués à la place des appartements. On dirait que la présentation de la cass pereira est centére sur les appartements (photos etc...) : les photos des studios n'apparaissent qu'au moment de la réservation, d'ou la confusion... ils sont d'un standing bien plus bas, bien que confortable (pas de vue, et pour l'appartement N°8 les fenetre sà lintéreieur donnent sur une cour de sport grilladée....)
