Traditional finca in the rural area between Campos and Es Trenc. Finca Serviola is a beautiful finca property with a fantastic garden and private 6 x 11 metre pool.

Finca Serviola is quietly located just 3 kilometres south of Campos, a rural village with a well-kept old town centre, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a typical weekly market with fresh fruit and vegetables from the region every Saturday. The popular Es Trenc beach can be reached from here in approx. 15 minutes. The area is very popular with cyclists thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths and varied routes. Golfers will find two top-class golf courses in nearby Son Antem. In Campos there is a good selection of restaurants with local and international specialities, cafés and shopping facilities. There are several riding stables in the neighbourhood. Thanks to its good connections, Campos is a good starting point for excursions to discover the island. Palma is less than 35 minutes away, the Tramuntana mountains are around 45 minutes away and the north of the island is less than an hour away.

Finca Serviola is an enchanting holiday home for 6 people, tastefully furnished in a country house style. Historic elements have been skilfully combined with modern accents. The entrance leads into an entrance hall and from there into a cosy living room with a seating area and wood-burning stove. A passageway leads to the dining room, which has access to the terrace and also leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need in a holiday home. Two bedrooms are located to the left and right of the entrance hall and share a modern bathroom with shower, the third bedroom leads off the living room and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the beautiful garden.

All rooms are on the ground floor, the first floor is not rented out and is empty.

Finca Serviola has a very beautiful outdoor area with a lovingly landscaped garden, large pool, lawns and a small pond. It offers many retreats and opportunities to linger. There is a small playground under the trees for the children. The house has a covered terrace and a small, covered barbecue area.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of € 15.00/night for an additional baby cot.
