Welcome to this beautiful rustic house located on the outskirts of Cas Concos. It can accommodate 6 people.
The exteriors are unique and with spectacular views. It has landscaped areas, a 50 m2 pool with sun loungers, a ping-pong area, a fully equipped porch and a barbecue for lovers of outdoor cooking.
The house of 250 m2 distributed over 2 floors, has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. One with a double bed, one with two single beds; and two with single bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are three bathrooms that serve the entire house, one on the barbecue, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The living room is very cozy, has two sofas, a small table, and satellite TV. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking without any problem; In this same space there is a table equipped with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has air conditioning in the double bedrooms.
The house is only 2 km from the beautiful town of Cas Concos, where you can find what you need during your holidays: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. At 10 minutes by car you can reach different beaches and paradise coves of the Mallorcan east coast such as Cala Mondragó. A 10-minute drive can also reach the tourist town of Cala d'Or.

We had a lovely stay, the villa is very clean and very well equipped and Maria and Juan were very helpful and accommodating. Would happily stay here again. Very spacious and great size pool for the 5 of us. Very quiet surroundings!

Our family spent an amazing few nights in May 2025, the location of the finca was perfect as it was fair enough away from any hustle and bustle but close enough to a choice of towns and villages for bars and restaurants in the evening.We loved the pool and outside kitchen and seating area, perfect for chilled afternoons in the sun.Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the villa could easily accommodate 6 adults or a couple of families.Maria and Juan were there to help with any questions and were amazing throughout and before arrival.Perfect few days in a truly beautiful home, thank you and hope to visit again soon
