About this house rental
Verdal is a beautiful, rustic-style country house for 8 people, situated in a quiet rural location near Portopetro and the Mondragó Natural Park with its beautiful sandy coves perfect for swimming, as well as various long walking trails. The house is built on a rural plot with open views of the surrounding fields dotted with carob trees, wild olive trees, and the distant sea. At the rear of the house is the sun terrace and pool – the perfect place to enjoy long summer days.
The two-story house features spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light and exterior walls clad in natural stone. From the large entrance hall, you have access to the open-plan living and dining area with glass doors leading directly to the terrace and pool. The spacious kitchen is very well-equipped and includes a breakfast table, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. On this level is the master bedroom with a beautiful wooden double bed, an en-suite shower room, and access to the terrace and pool. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own private balcony terrace and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. One bedroom has a double bed and a large corner bathroom with an en-suite suite. The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and share a separate bathroom.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms operates on a fixed schedule.

Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung. Polster für die Gartenstühle und ein großer Sonnenschirm wären toll gewesen.

Das Haus ist schön mit einem großen Pool und tollem Ausblick bis zum Meer.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, es fehlt an keinen Haushaltsgeräten.
Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Die Betten sind gut aber hatten alle sehr feste Matratzen.
Wir waren Anfang Mai dort und es war noch sehr kühl .
Auf der Terrasse gibt es kein windgeschütztes Eckchen.
Das Haus hat keine Heizung und alles war etwas klamm.
Draußen sitzen konnte man nicht und im Haus war es viel zu kalt.
Fazit: ein tolles Haus mit einer schönen ruhigen Lage jedoch ungeeignet für kühleres Wetter.

Wir hatten 2 super Wochen in dieser Finca. In Realität ist das Haus noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten, es ist alles sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Der Pool ist riesig und auch sehr sauber. Die Abende kann man sehr schön auf der Terrasse unter einen wunderbaren Sternenhimmel verbringen. Die Lage der Finca ist auch gut. Man kann diverse Buchten schnell erreichen und Santanyi und Cala Dor sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Man hat also
auf der Finca absolute Ruhe, aber man ist auch schnell im nächstgelegen Ort.
Kurz möchte ich noch erwähnen das die Abwicklung mit der Agentur sehr gut lief und alle sehr freundlich waren.
Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!
