About this house rental
Country house for 8 people with a private pool for rent in a quiet rural area. With stunning views of the countryside and distant mountains. Just 2.8 km from the small village of Cas Concos, in southeastern Mallorca.
Casa Peris is an attractive Mallorcan-style country house with spacious rooms. The terraces invite you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the countryside. The entryway leads to a cozy living/dining area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a large wooden table that seats 10 people. From here, you also have access to the covered terrace with a dining area and to the large kitchen, which features a pantry and a breakfast nook. Next to the dining area is a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, which also houses a washer and dryer. On the other side of the living room is another bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace overlooking the countryside. Next to it is a bathroom. From the entryway, steps lead to the upper floor with two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, the other with two single beds and an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the garden and pool area, as well as the mountains in the distance.
The property is large and surrounded by walls, giving children plenty of space to play and run around. At the back of the house is a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool. A large table with chairs is perfect for outdoor meals, while a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs offers a place to relax. From the terrace, a path leads through the Mediterranean garden—featuring herbs like rosemary and sage—to the pool. The beautiful pool (11 m x 5 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 2 m), with brick steps and an outdoor shower, is surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the long summer days. At the other end of the pool, there is a covered barbecue area with a brick barbecue, a dining area, and a shower room. A ping-pong table provides variety and fun for the whole family.
Air conditioning (cooling/heating) in the living/dining area and the bedrooms with designated usage times
Statutory eco-tax not included in the rental price.
