About this house rental
Cas Cavallot, we are sure that this wonderful, almost 200 year old house will delight you as a family or as a group of friends.
The interior of the finca is furnished in a typically Mediterranean style, with wooden beam ceilings and light, white plastered walls.
With its spacious rooms, the finca with a total of three bedrooms can accommodate up to 7 people.
You enter the house via a spacious hallway, from which you also have access to the beautiful, protected and furnished patio with seating for up to seven people.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a cozy rattan couch that offers enough space for all guests present.
In addition to a satellite TV and a Blue Ray player, you will also find board games and holiday reading for every taste in the beautiful, spacious living room cabinet.
From the living room you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
In case of bad weather, two steps higher offers you a dining table for up to seven people to eat together in a cozy atmosphere.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m with a continuous mattress) and a shower room en suite, as well as a small storage room.
From the hall you reach the upper floor by stairs.
There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, two mattresses each 90 x 200 cm) and another with a double bed
(180 x 200 cm, two mattresses each 90 x 200 cm), as well as an additional bed (lying area 90 x 200).
A bathroom with shower, toilet and a double washbasin rounds off the overall picture of the first floor. All bedrooms have mosquito screens on the large windows, so you can safely leave the windows open on warm nights.
The other rooms also have these mosquito screens on the windows that open.
From the 2020 season, air conditioning will be available in all three bedrooms and in the living room.
From the living room you reach a beautiful, sheltered terrace.
A large dining table with comfortably equipped chairs invites you to linger on beautiful summer evenings. A large shade sail protects against too much sunlight during the day.
From there you reach the pool terrace via a few steps.
Around the pool (3.5 x 7 m) you can expect beautiful wooden loungers with comfortable cushions and straw parasols. An additional seating area with sun protection is also available here. The finca is surrounded by beautiful hills, so that you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy.
The house is located in the small beautiful village Es Carritxo.
This is a good starting point for many activities.
The lively tourist town of Cala d'Or, with its beautiful marina, numerous restaurants, mini golf and small beautiful shops can be reached by car in just 10 minutes.
The traditional fishing village of Porto Colom with its good fish restaurants, the small tranquil harbor and two very beautiful beach bays can also be reached in 10 minutes.
Cala Mondrago, one of the most beautiful bays in the southeast of Mallorca in a nature reserve, can be reached in just 15 minutes.
Furthermore, the bays within Cala d'Or and the beautiful Cala Sa Nau can be reached in a few minutes by car.

This beautiful finca has everything needed for a great holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and there are lovely seating areas outside and inside. It was very peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive from beaches and Cala D’or. Nothing was too much trouble for Klara who spoke great English and was very helpful.
This was our first trip to Majorca and we will return. Can highly recommend.

This property is truly beautiful, inside the finca is much larger than it appears in the photographs, it is spacious, stylish and comfortable for the whole family. The beds are extremely comfy and the fixtures are high quality. There are every type of utensils you could possibly need, including cooking, coffee, picnic things, beach gear, hair dryer, toys, games, books etc
There are plenty of towels and beach/pool towels.
Outside, the property sits in extensive private grounds with a lovely little pool and plenty of pool beds, dining areas, covered areas. There is an outdoor shower, terraces galore, flora and fauna, mountain views and a huge gated driveway with plenty of parking.
The pool guy was lovely and checked the pool a couple of times- he was not intrusive at all.
The communication from the owner Cornelia was super- she was quick to respond with answers to our questions. Klara came to meet us on arrival and departure and was very kind and helpful.
The whole property was spotlessly clean, immaculate and well organized - the cleaning team must be very fastidious and meticulous.
Within 10-30 minutes drive you will find 15-20 stunning coves such as Cala Lombard’s, Cala Santanyi etc There are many restaurants to chose from in the nearby towns and villages and supermarkets as close as 8 minutes.

We stayed at this gorgeous finca for a week with our 4 kids (ages 15-19) and all of us enjoyed every second! The house is very cute, inside and out. Clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and we liked that each room had it's own unit. As a family of 6 it's impossible for us to agree on the perfect sleeping temperture so we liked that we could customize each room. The pool area was amazing with lots of outdoor seating. It was great to come back after a full day of touring the island and go for a swim and relax with drinks and snacks outside. We ate most meals here as the grocery store is close by and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also used the grill which was great. There are also some restaurants nearby that were wonderful..even ordered some take out pizza to bring back to the finca. The host was so pleasant and responsive from start to finish, just a lovely woman! If we are lucky enough to come back to Spain we will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect!!
