Horrible hosts, lied, misrepresenting property, promised % off, gave zero after two month delay

The location was decent but the neighborhood was a bit shady with a liquor store across the street.

Property said it had 3 bathrooms and included a King. Our party had several handicapped people so this was essential. Truth was 2 bathrooms and largest bed was Queen. Outdoor lights were out for half the stay. Took 2 days to fix but one was never fixed. Left out too few washcloths, told a lie about cupboard key. Handyman had to break in with a knife. Worst hosts ever. Very poor communication.

OK location and big, but dirty, loud and no dishwasher.

The location wasn't the worst, there's a tram nearby. It's fairly spacious.

House very close to other ones, lots of noise. Not clean at all, cleaning staff only does the bare minimum (or less). No dishwasher despite listing - in fact an unconnected dishwasher could be found in the garage with... an Absolut vodka bottle inside. When I inquired about it, staff asked me lots of questions and asked for photos but did not do anything about this. Kitchen overall run down, fairly dirty. Would not recommend.

After 2 weeks on the road, it's really nice to be able to cook your own meals, fully equipped kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea and everything else u need. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious. Location is right off the highway. Staff are very responsive and always checking in on us via emails, we felt taken care of.

Plenty of room and location was good. Always able to get in touch with Marbella Lane customer representatives if I had any questions or concerns.

Common wall, the roaches in the kitchen and the refrigerator freezes my beverages and food. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature in refrigerator. Suggestions: Would be nice to add dresser in each room and a TV in master bedroom. With those changes and fixes the place would be great.

I like how you are 10 minutes away from a Target and if you need small stuff you are across the street from a corner store.

Nothing was wrong to me and my guest. The only thing is maybe easier to find the pots and pans and maybe add a cookie sheet

Pleasantly Surprised

The property is clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and the beds are so very comfortable! It is conveniently located close to the Highway, making it so easy to get around the city. There are stores and restaurants nearby, and the little community of Willow Glen is so charming. I’d definitely stay at this property again!

The refrigerator made horrible sounds throughout the entire visit, which was quite irritating. Also the tub in the front bathroom is quite slippery!
