This place is can only sleep for 6 people (2 queens, 2 twins = 6 people). Both of the couches are terrible for someone to sleep on. Need to replace them if you want to advertising for more tben 6 prople. Otherwise, the placeis nice and clean. Thanks

This property is mis-represented. It stated clearly that it slept 8- I have screen shots to prove it. They also confirmed how many guests would be staying and I told them 8. Then when we arrived they had 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds- enough beds for 6. We thought maybe the couch was a pull out couch, but it was not. When I contacted them thinking there was a mistake the only response we got was "Unfortunately our local team did not provide extra beds. Please kindly inform your guests to share beds with the other so that it will accommodate 8 guests in total." Hard to do when there are queen beds and not King beds. Very disappointing all the way around. Very limited on kitchen supplies and the dishwasher is a counter washer that has to hook up to the sink. There were no instructions on how to opperate, yet they wanted you to wash the dishes.

Nice, clean house in San Jose. The bedsheets smelled fresh. The rooms are tidy & clean. It was a comfortable stay. A minor negative thing was the dishwasher is so tiny & doesn't seem to work well. We had to rewash the dishes & handwashed the dishes the rest of our stay. Another hiccups was that I booked duplex X on Expedia, but when I came and entered in the code, I couldn't open the door. There were some noises in the house (ie unit X was occupied) so I checked the email from Marbella & the location address was for unit Y. I called the company & was told that X was occupied, and, on their end, the reservation was for Y & to check with Expedia. Previously I contacted Expedia asking about another issue that didn't go anywhere, so I didn't even bother. I'm on vacation and the last thing I want to do is to call around& wait on hold & nothing come of it. Besides this issue, the communication was good & prompted with Marbella.

The place only have 1 set of towels. I have to wash every day The stair steps is inconvenient because I am handicapped. The garden needs to be maintained- has a lot of weeds. Otherwise it’s a happy place.

A group of three of us traveled to San Jose for business and stayed at the duplex. Everything was just perfect. Communication is key when renting in this manner and the hosts were above and beyond what was needed to find, enter, use and button up the stay. When heading to thos area, I would stay here again and again. High reccomend.

Great place for the price. Hardwood floors make it a noisy place to walk around-especially if someone is occupying next to you.

This property was in a nice location and close to public transportation. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was not too far from the SAP center and downtown using light rail. We also could walk to the area of Willow Glen where there were good restaurants and could also walk to other stores pretty easily. The check in and out was easy and we had great communication with the host. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your property.
