Το σπίτι είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης και είναι τρομερά βολικό μιας και όλα στα Γιάννενα μπορείς να τα επισκεφθείς με τα πόδια.Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι φιλόξενος και ευγενικός.Το.σπιτι έχει αυτόνομη θέρμανση και είναι συνέχεια Επιπλέον είχε τρόφιμα και λιχουδιές διαθέσιμα για εμας
Υπήρχε αρκετή υγρασία σε πολλά σημεία του σπιτιού που το καταλαβαίνω λόγω κλίματος αλλά κάποια όπως πχ οι κουρτίνες θα μπορούσαν να είχαν καθαριστεί.Γενικα η καθαριότητα θα ήθελα να είναι πιο προσεγμένη.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και γενναιόδωρος. Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα μέσα, είχε γλυκά και λιχουδιές για τα παιδιά και γενικά διάφορα για πρωινό. Ήταν εξαιρετικέ ζεστό, είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε από φαρμακείο μέχρι σεσουάρ. Φτιάχναμε καφέ στην καφετιέρα, όλα προσφορά! Μπορείς κάλλιστα να μην κουβαλάς ούτε σαμπουάν…Είναι στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων μπορείς με τα πόδια να πας στο κάστρο και τη λίμνη και παντού. Μείναμε παρά πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
