Very responsive and helpful host. Excellent location, in the heart of the city. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Rooms size a bit smaller than expected. It is ground floor and faces a busy street, so you could hear car riding all night, but other than that everything else is excellent!

Η τοποθεσία. Κοντά σε όλα. Τα γλυκά υποδοχής. Ο εξοπλισμός.
Το δωμάτιο και ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά. Αν κάποιοι οδηγοί δεν είχαν στη διαπασών τη μουσική τους τις νυχτερινές ώρες, όταν πέρναγαν από το δρόμο, θα το έκανε εξαιρετική επιλογή. Παρόλα αυτά θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να διευκολύνει. Παρόλο που ο χώρος ήταν μικρός και χωρίς μπαλκόνι, ήταν όλα καινούργια, καλαίσθητα και πεντακάθαρα.
Όλα όπως τα διαβάζεις στην περιγραφή.
Ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να είναι σε κεντρική περιοχή και θέλουν να κάνουν ευχάριστες βόλτες χωρίς να χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο.
Ιδιαίτερο πλεονέκτημα, το στρώμα του κρεβατιού. Σπάνια βρίσκει κανείς τόσο άνετο κρεβάτι.

LAKE STUDIO has a perfect location- in the center but away from the crowd. It has everything you need for a couple of days stay- equiped kitchen, 2 airconditions (very important during hot summers), living room, bedroom, and a bathroom. It's not to big but it's nice, cozy and clean.
The owner is friendly and responsive, we had a problem with our car and he offered to help.
Ioannina is a very nice place, we will visit it again on our way to the greek seaside and we will stay at Lake studio for sure.
