That the property was closed to the city and clean.

New apartment, especially comfortable bathroom. Good terrace, however the city is very hot so we didn't really use it. Fantastic air conditioning. Owners always available and when asked, they solved problems super quickly. There is a supermarket nearby with a lot of choice.
The kitchen was very hard to use: not sufficient tools (not a single knife could cut a zucchini), there is no space for cooking and the stoves are slow and few. Also the dining table is little and in general there is no much space for having food. The area is distant from the city-center and with traffic.
