About this house rental
Lounge - Wifi, 1 settee, 1 sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, occasional table with shelf unit containing radio cassette, CD player as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player. Paperbacks, magazines and children’s games. French Windows loading onto tiled patio with 4 sun loungers, tables and 4 chairs.
Kitchen - Breakfast Bar, 4 stools, cooker-oven and fridge freezer. Kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are kept underneath Breakfast Bar. Glasses and Mugs etc. are kept in cupboards above sink.
Bedroom 1 - Overlooking Pool, has 1 double bed, 6 drawer chest unit, 2 bedside units, large fitted wardrobes, shuttered windows to outside and windows to inner with security grill to allow air flow, with a built in safe for valuables inside wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, 6 drawer chest unit, TV-DVD player with windows onto back garden again with shutters and security grill to allow air flow, large fitted wardrobe.
Master Bathroom – Windows onto back garden, fully tiled and comprises walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin and cupboard storage area.
Bathroom 2 - Situated behind the kitchen, with window onto back garden is fully tiled with shower, toilet and hand basin, with security door and grill leading onto back garden patio with washing line.
The Apartment is situated in the Old Town and is a 4-5 minute walk to the Old Harbour. To the New Town is it a 4-5 minute walk the other way.
Old and New Town have Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and Banks.
In the Apartment there are Maps on the wall showing places of interest on the island and also on the Notice Board above the Breakfast Bar is all the information you will need regarding the Apartment.
All Bedding and Towels are changed weekly.
The Apartment is situated on a hill so use the next door Biospar shopping centre which has elevators and escalators to bring you to Apartment level.

Absolutely fantastic week in Puerto del Carmen. Maurice is so helpful and the apartment was perfect. Great location 5 mins to either new or old town and everything you could possibly need is on the doorstep. Can't wait to book again

Exactly as described and wonderfully welcoming. Easy to find and great location. Really quite in the evening, we were slightly concerned with the shopping centre with open air cinema across the road but it was completely silent. Really peaceful, the view from the terrace is perfect.Just watch teh pool tiles they are slippy.Great contact from owner. Did fight the key box but think maybe the keys were just catching the lock on the other side., but once in just wonderful, Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again later in the year.
