NO FALTABA NI UN DETALLE!!!!

Location was good, straight down the hill and all the bars and beach. The property has all of the facilities you would need including coffee machine and washing machine. Lots of space and huge outdoor area. A bottle of water was left in the fridge and there were tea and coffee already there. Sofa was very comfy but didn’t really sit in there.

There were 4 adults staying in the property and every day the hot water ran out. I did mention it to the owner but they had said there is a water shortage in Lanzarote and there should be enough water. None of us had long showers so I would expect there to be enough water for all residents. I had a cold shower for 3 days. The single beds are really basic and not very comfy. The gate to the apartment complex doesn’t close properly so on windy nights it keeps slamming shut and open again right next to your window. There were rocks to prop it open but the wind kept knocking them over.

Beautiful apartment really well decorated. Lovely terrace area at back, very private. Host was amazing to deal with and very accommodating. In a great location approx 3 to 4 mins until you reach the main strip/beaches etc , incline on way back but very manageable. There were refreshments left for us on arrival and good variety of condiments/cooking oils . There was also a variety of pots and pans for cooking with and some items for kids for the beach which was great! I found the bed comfortable and can't fault the place! We had a very comfortable stay

Nothing i didn't like really!

Casa molto spaziosa, accogliente e super luminosa grazie alla finestra grande che dà sulla veranda esterna! Abbiamo soggiornato io ed un mio amico per cui di spazi ce ne erano in abbondanza! Casa curata e dotata di tutto l'occorrente. Bella anche la zona dove si mangia. Nella cucina presenti sale zucchero e spezie utili per chi volesse cucinare (noi non lo abbiamo fatto ma credo sia un valore aggiunto). Personalmente la parte della casa che abbiamo usufruito più di tutti è stata la veranda esterna, per le colazioni, per il relax.. e il salotto con i due divani molto comodi quando iniziava a fare un pochino più fresco la sera. Area completamente silenziosa, vicinissima alla strada principale di Puerto del Carmen raggiungibile in meno di 5min a piedi senza dover prendere automobile in caso si volesse sorseggiare qualche drink in più Rimanendo tranquilli. Letti molto comodi. Facile anche trovare parcheggio il ché non guasta mai. Presenza di aspirapolvere molto utile. Complimenti all'Host gran bel lavoro. Non è facile rientrare al pomeriggio o alla sera e sentirti "a casa" quando sei in vacanza! Rapporto qualità/prezzo OTTIMO! Voto Super positivo!

Probabilmente avrei preferito una maggior accortezza nella pulizia del divano che sembrava fosse un pochino impolverato ( lo si sentiva anche dall'odore ) ma facilmente rimediabile con un copri-divano lavato e profumato per ogni nuovo ospite. Senza tralasciare il lavaggio anche dei cuscini poiché anch'essi avevano un odore di polvere. Per il resto non mi sento di aggiungere altro.
