The location was great. It had a lot of windows and terraces! Had a place to work. Very comfortable and cool. Complete kitchen and good air conditioning
The wifi was not good but i guess thats a common issue through all italy. The personnel was very anxious about checkin and checkout time. They charged a city tax I didn’t know I was going to be charged

The host was kind and easy to get in contact with, the location is very central but quiet (a luxury in Palermo). Would recommend :)
The boiler was not switched on on arrival, so we had to wait to get hot water. No extra blankets.
Keys were not delivered on the time scheduled but the host did her best to find a fix.

The location was great and near many restaurants and places of interest.
It was on a very noisy street and the stairway is steep. There was no water left for us and no information about local places. The batteries for remotes obviously hadn’t been checked so we could either use the TV or the AirCon. WiFi was slow and dropped out every night, had to be reset every morning. An airport shuttle was booked but didn’t arrive for us so we had to use a taxi - this was excellent but a lot more expensive.
