Fantastic location, easy access and good clear communication from the guest, comfortable room and great amenities.
The air conditioning seemed to struggle at times during the night as the unit outside the window made some strange noises. Maybe needs a service the flaps on the inside unit didn't seem to be moving up and down but it was circulating cool air.

Clean place in a great location. Giancarlo loves his history and is great for a chat about Sicily and its many stories. Highly recommended
The room was a little dark and lots of external noise such as neighbours aircons. Checkin experience was a little rough

Giancarlo was a very kind and welcoming host. He stayed up late to wait for my arrival and gave me helpful advice on visiting the main highlights of Palermo. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the major attractions, yet situated in a quiet area of the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and cute
