Great location. Good value for money. Comfortable and nicely firnished property.
The agents did not send us the lockbox location or keycode until after we had all arrived.
Garbage bins - recycling was full on arrival.
No key for garage to access pizza paddle and wood for oven (though the wood was not expected.) We spent +1 hour looking for the key anxious about the possibility of bei getting charged for a replacement.
Appreciated a complimentary early check in but it arrived too late to for us to avail ourselves.
Agents were polite and responsive though.

Location was very good, within walking distance of the river.
Garden was lovely and peaceful with a good outdoor eating area.
Kitchen had a large table.
Property needed a coat of paint in places and sprucing up. E.g. Top shower needs regrouting.
We were given the wrong code for the key box.
