All three houses come together to create this listing with exclusive use of the grounds with tennis courtsauna and fire pit.

The DairyHall - Sleeps 9+ infants and from November 2026 will sleep 16, it comes with a stunning Vaulted barn space with wood burner and table seating across oak tables, fantastic for entertaining where some families get together and book all our houses to entertain in. Or some friends and families just like the space this provides. There a private garden with swings and toys. While upstairs there are four bedrooms accessed via two stair cases and four bedrooms on the ground floor. four bedrooms have 2 singles in each room and the other four have kingsizes. There is also a separate toilet, separate shower room two family bathrooms and three ensuite.

The Granary - Sleeps 4+ infants Comes as open living space with separate downstairs WC and dining table. While upstairs there are 2 beautiful bedrooms overlooking our pond with its wildlife. One bedroom has two singles the other has a kingsize with balcony. In-between these rooms is a family bathroom with shower bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also an enclosed decking area to the front with outside dinning including BBQ.

The Stables is ouir cozy bolthole and sleeps two in its more contemporary open plan space with all mod cons and walk in shower room.

On arrival there is a welcome book with notes and advice with plenty of history and suggestions for the local area.

Our self catering houses come with all mod cons, bedding, linen, towels, welcome cake, tea, coffee, cafetiere, salt, pepper, oil, wifi, digital tv, usb chargers, clocks and radio's.
