We did have a problem with the original unit but the staff quickly resoved the problem. We were upgraded at no cost.
This was an excellent example of great customer service. Sometimes situations can be out of the control of the resort but when the staff immediately steps up to the plate for the customer that is when customers recommend resorts and are return customers.

Here because my son had a baseball tournament at the North Myrtle Beach sports complex which was only about 25 minutes away. It was the bottom floor it was quiet it was right outside the pool. There was plenty of room for the adults and the kids. The kitchen was stocked the fridge had a icemaker the pool also had a icemaker to fill coolers and Gatorade jugs. There was not much noise, it was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
