This condo is located in the gated community of Marsh Oaks in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your use.
Marsh Oaks offers a refreshing outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a BBQ grilling area, 2 free parking spaces & free Wi-Fi. The beach is only a .6 miles away. Right across the street is Barefoot Landing which has tons of shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. There's also Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile zoos in the world. Alabama Theatre is also at Barefoot Landing and features its own productions and superstars of country music while the House Of Blues brings in big name entertainment nightly.

Overall this is a great condo in a nice gated community. We stayed for 3 months and it really became our home away from home! Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were all comfortable and the view of the marsh is enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were used extensively and they were well maintained. I gave the furniture 3 stars because it was dated and tolerable. I shared this with the owners and I understand they have purchased all new furniture so I am really looking forward to returning next year and enjoying it! We could walk to most places, especially the beach! Would definitely recommend this condo!

This condo over looked the marina. The grandkids enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out. The condo was very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. The location is close to everything.

The property was in a great area, would stay in that area again. We feel the description should have said it was a half mile walk to beach, we also had a lot of problem with the gate code
