*1 King bed, 1 queen bed and 1 pullout sofa.
*Laundry room available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire unit.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Unit was clean, comfortable but could use some more mirrors. My main issue was that pest control showed up unexpectedly without our knowledge. It was NOT in the rental agreement that they would be coming, it was NOT communicated a day, time, etc. so that we could have our dogs moved out during that time so that they would not be exposed to chemicals. We only know they came because I had our dog camera set up and it alerted us that someone was in the house. I reached out to VRBO directly and they investigated. They agreed it should not have happened and it was against policy. They reached out to the owner and received no response. We have also not been given an apology or answer as to why it was not communicated.
