There was a specific smell in hotel (I would say from the kitchen) which felt also in a room

In pictures it looks better and fresher than in real life, but overall a good stay for that price.
It could've been cleaner in the shower and there could be more pillows on bed.

Location and price
Smell of kitchen, scary neighborhood, it is in desperate need of renovation. If you want to get at least somehow happy customers - GET NEW BED MATTRESSES
