    First impressions were great as hotel is easy to find, room was available early and the manager was very welcoming and offered me a much needed coffee. The room was lovely and well situated next to the toilet and on the ground floor where the large kitchen and dining area is. All staff and guests were very friendly except for the female receptionist as she rolled her eyes at me when I asked to use the kitchen for 30 minutes to sort my bags out before I took the bus to the airport. She made me feel very uncomfortable.
