Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen Tipps das wunderschöne Spoleto näher gebracht. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. In guter Erinnerung bleibt auch das reichhaltige Frühstück. Das Gepäck wurde von ihm für einen kleinen Obolus zu unserem nächsten Etappenziel gebracht. Sehr zuvorkommend!

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof Termini entfernt.
Es war unsauber, sehr hellhörig und das Personal vermutlich nicht geschult. Es wurde mir ein privates Handtuch entwendet- die Kommunikation an der Rezeption war nicht Besucherzugewandt, sondern eher- stark auf Distanz halten. Mir wurden dann später drei Handtücher aufs Zimmer gebracht, habe mir dann eins ausgesucht, um nicht weiter diskutieren zu müssen. In einer Nachricht über Booking wurde mir mitgeteilt- erwähnen sie es niemals- bitte was. Jeden Tag wurden die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher getauscht. Eine sonstige Reinigung ( Boden ec) erfolgte nicht. Auf dem Foto sieht man den Kühlschrank🤮
