Appartamento accogliente ed eccellente pulizia. Leonardo é stato molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta per visitare Spoleto. Vicinissimo alle scale mobili e tapis roulant. Gradita la macchina caffè e disponibilità cialde

Otttima posizione raggiungibile dal postegio consigliato dal proprietario. Alloggio bello e curato nei particolari. Non mancava nulla
Purtroppo si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore e già con una sola valigia è stato faticoso raggiunferlo. Avessi avuto qualche anno in più avrei fatto difficoltà. Non ho fatto caso in fase diprenotazione se fosse segnalato, qualora non fosse così sarebbe meglio segnalarlo bene
