This is our 3rd year staying at this place and we absolutely love the accommodations, location, privacy and beautiful views. Tina is so gracious and makes your stay to be the best experience in Gulf Shores. Looking forward to next year.

This was our first time staying at a beach house at the Gulf and it was all that we hoped for. Perfect location. Quiet, clean accessible beach. Plenty of beach furniture and awnings already on sight. A clean and well furnished house with all the amenities one would need with the added benefit of an excellent below deck porch to set, grill and play in the sand when the rains moved in. Highly recommend this place and we are planning to come back here when we need a Gulf Shores fix! Tina, the owner, was great at communicating with us as well and checked in to ensure everything was your liking. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at the Spencer Place to make great memories! FYI, the food at Pegleg Pete’s and at The Oyster House were fantastic and reasonably priced.

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. We always love being in Gulf shores. This was the 1st time renting a house and it was nice to actually be able to walk right out the back door straight to the beach. The owners were super nice and accommodating as well.
The house did not look to be newly renovated, everything in there looked outdated. Floors in the livingroom were sinking a bit as well. During our stay, we had very loud neighbors...so that was a bummer.
