Good price for those on a budget . Very very clean, hostess is very receptive, you can see the water from the condo and it’s a short walk to the beach, only one street between the condo and the beach. The condo was well stocked. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the condo exterior needs some cosmetic maintenance.

Could not get the air conditioner to work, it was hot. The pots and pans had food remanence like they were just rinsed and put away. Everything else was great.

I would describe this property as OK to good. It has a lot going for it and the overall experience was good. T\You can see the ocean across the road and there is beach access only 4 minute walk away. Host was nice and responsive. Place was clean and location was excellent. The "just OK" comes just from it being a little worn and some amenities being just...not quite adequate. For instance, there were pans in the kitchen but they were so old the non-stick surface was destroyed and we really didn't want to use them - one had rust on the bottom. There were only like 2 bowls even though there were plenty of other plates, etc., so just things that could be easily fixed for almost no money, so...why not? There were other signs of a place just kind of worn out - rot around the windows, etc. But let me be clear...It was a fine place to stay for the most part. NO big complaints, but just...OK by today's standards.
