Welcome to Bikini Bottom East, a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom dog-friendly duplex in Gulf Shores, Alabama, featuring a shared fenced-in private pool, multiple balconies, and a prime location near The Hangout and the beach. This coastal retreat offers spacious living areas, modern amenities, and stunning lagoon and pool views, making it the perfect vacation getaway for families and groups.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 4 vehicles maximum. No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The house was close to the beach. Ac work great, enough beds to sleep on. Washer and dryer was a plus. Plenty of extra covers. Had enough floats to use in pool. Had beach toys. And water hose to rise off outside. The issue we had was the pool wasn't clean when we arrive. We call customers service regarding the pool very friendly and understanding. Some floor tiles are lifted on corners have to becareful from shoe getting caught and falling or getting poke on barefeet. The sofas need some cleaning very dirt looking. One of the front stove burner didnt work very well. The BBQ grill need to be trash there a big hole on bottom. That why I rate it a 4.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at this property for our family vacation. The kitchen appliances could definitely use updating. All of the stove top burners do not work and/or are not functioning properly. The flooring in the kitchen is coming up from the subfloor creating a really easy place to stub your toe or pinch your feet. I really wish the pool was cleaned more regularly. We stayed for five nights and it was not cleaned the entire time. We did not have a cleaning screen for us to use ourself. We ended up asking the neighbor if we could use theirs to get the bugs from the top of the pool out. For any families wondering if they have beach stuff available, they do have beach toys on the property but no beach chairs or umbrellas. I had asked prior to our stay and was not given a clear answer on what was available and what wasn’t. The location/neighborhood worked well for us. It was conveniently located to shops, grocery, stores and the beach. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

This house would be perfect for 2 families. We had 3 and it was almost too crowded. There isn't a huge area to eat or hang out. We had teenagers so they almost needed another area to hang out when we had downtime. The pool was perfect. Having 2 rooms with king size beds was also very nice. The one bedroom with the queen bed is very small and had to have luggage in the room. Home could use a little freshening up with paint and some updates to the bathroom and kitchen. Overall, we had a great experience. The rental place was also great. Our coffee maker stopped working, I messaged them and they brought a new one a few hours later. You can walk to the beach through a path out back but you do have to cross the road.

Location is the best thing about this place. Short walk to wide open public beaches and quick access to restaurants and stores around Gulf Shores. The space is smaller than the pictures look and was barely functional for two families of six. The place looks to be heavy trafficked and not made for the wear and tear. The pool was cloudy and dirty looking all week, even after contacting host. The triple stack bunks were quite wobbly and the sign they have posted notes not responsible for injuries. The beds in the bunks were pretty much only springs, which sort of works for small kids but less so as they get bigger and older.
