Communication was great, property location is also great. There was sand on the floor in a couple areas and the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy. The carpet on the stairs could also use a cleaning. Overall the house was very nice and I would recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights and this was a great house! Spacious with a pool to boot! The porch isn't very big and we couldn't get the ice maker to work, but with the beach right there, a pool to relax in, and plenty of space for everyone inside, we never felt crowded. The beds are very nice and everyone was happy to have their own king sized bed!
